PugetWest Corporation was founded in 1982 in Edmonds Washington as a general contracting company specializing in commercial building projects. Our team has evolved into a successful General Contracting business that negotiates all of our contracts with private owners and developers. We are located in Arlington Washington yet build throughout the Northwest and Puget Sound area. We employ nearly 30 field personnel along with close management of our many sub contractors. While we are fully equipped and capable of completing various multi-million dollar projects for our clients, we are just as sensitive with the details of the many smaller tenant improvement projects we have successfully completed over the years. Over the years we have been involved in numerous types of projects in which we have been asked to come to the table early in the process to offer estimating and design input in an effort to provide a more cost effective outcome. As a member of the design team we work hard to assist the owner, Architect and Engineers in making value oriented decisions early on that eliminate the need for re-design later. This early, hands on approach saves our clients money by identifying budget problems prior to final design and serves to more effectively maintain quality design and workmanship throughout the entire process. Most importantly, we offer quality construction services that include seasoned Superintendents and Project Managers that allow us to complete projects on time and within budget.
