Richard Fletcher, President Rick is a graduate of Central Washington University. A journeyman carpenter with over 28 years experience in construction management, he was a project manager and estimator for The Hovde Construction Company from 1978 to 1982. Rick has managed PugetWest since it’s founding, in 1982. As president, his major responsibilities include general business management, maintaining quality standards, and overseeing all company functions.
Mike Krautkremer, V.P. Mike is a graduate of North Seattle Community College and has worked in the construction field for 31 years, 20 of those years for PugetWest.He has been involved in all phases of construction and handles all field operations; including writing contract’s and project management.
Ricky Reece , Project Engineer / Safety Officer Ricky has become an integral part of the PugetWest team. His positive attitude, work ethic, and his commitment to completing tasks make him a must have employee. Ricky developed and manages the Safety Program for PugetWest. Safety is "Job One" for Ricky as he assists our Sub’s to maintain their compliance as well.
Charles (Chuck) L. Reese, Construction Supervisor Chuck is a journeyman carpenter with 27 plus years experience in commercial construction. Ten years experience as a general contractor, and the last seventeen years as a supervisor / project manager. He has worked as a supervisor for PugetWest since 1993.
Dale Offerman, Construction Supervisor
Dale is a journeyman carpenter with 20+ year’s experience. He has worked for PugetWest since 1994.
Kevin Dingman, Construction Supervisor Kevin is a journeyman carpenter, has 18 years experience in commercial, hospitality, and multi-family construction, with the last nine years as a supervisor. He started with PugetWest in 2003.
Russ Kissell, Construction Supervisor Russ is a journeyman carpenter with 20 plus years experience in commercial construction, with over 10 years of supervision experience.
Don Crowley, Lead carpenter Don has been with us for 13 years and has grown into a Lead Carpenter with skills to run both large and small projects. Don’s talents are an asset to the PugetWest Team.
Calvin Coward,Construction TI Supervisor Calvin has been on our team for 9 plus years.We value his team commitment and his ability to work with all sorts of subs and clients.
